Infinity Main

The Pier was an early stage project for Living Innovations in Singapore, and specifically to deploy home automation in a condominium.
Developer provided the shell into which Living Innovations provided a full consultancy to maximise the liveable space, provide greater convenience and more efficient storage.
Applications at The Pier include: lighting control, climate control, natural ventilation (using top-hung window drives), automated curtains, energy saving (by regulating water heaters), and mist cooling spray mechanism on balcony.
All connected to a single unified iPad driven home automation solution.

"A great showcase for a completely wired HomeMatic installation using CAT5/6 wiring to all input devices, keeping costs to a minimum and optimising on the true automation functionality"
Cove Grove

Cove Grove was another large scale project for Living Innovations, a specifically to deploy home automation solutions in a spacious 7 bedroom landed house.
Living Innovations provided practical, convenience and safety solutions cater specifically to a cool and modern home with windy environment by the coast.
Application at the Cove Grove include: lighting control, automated curtains and automated roman blinds, and regulating of 7 water heaters. Additional applications are automated sliding doors for convenient entry into wardrobes and kitchen.
Temperature is monitored by one of 10 thermostats linked with wireless wall switches and tablet input devices for complete climate control over 23 Daikin VRV air-conditioners.
An external weather station provides wind, direction and rain readings to assist in the natural ventilation (by opening/closing top and side-hung windows)
